At My Verdora, we cultivate excellence in both our botanical specimens and customer service. Should any of our premium plants not meet your expectations, we offer a thoughtful returns and exchanges process designed with the same care we devote to our living collections.
Eligibility Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery confirmation. Please note that due to the delicate nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns after this period.
Special Considerations for Living Specimens
Certain rare cultivars including Acer ginnala, Anomala petiolaris, and Albizia specimens cannot be returned due to their sensitive nature and specialized shipping requirements. These plants are carefully selected and packaged with climate-controlled systems to ensure their vitality upon arrival.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our horticultural support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the plant in its received condition.
- Receive Authorization: Our plant specialists will evaluate your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Prepare Your Return: Repackage the plant using the original container when possible. Include all plant tags and care documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package via the carrier specified in your authorization email. We recommend using the same shipping method as your original order for tracking purposes.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the plant within 3 business days and notify you of approval.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of inspection completion. Your funds will be returned via your original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Bank Transfer: 5-15 business days for international transfers
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of reshipping your replacement plant.
