2. Understanding Our Products

2.1 Product Characteristics

We specialize in premium botanical specimens including but not limited to:

• Deciduous trees (e.g., Acer, Aesculus, Albizia)
• Specialized cultivars (e.g., Acer ginnala, Anomala petiolaris)
• Patented varieties (e.g., FIRE DRAGON® Shantung Maples)

2.2 Product Availability

We currently ship to most regions except:

• Asian countries
• Remote locations (as determined by our shipping carriers)

3. Order Process & Payment Terms

3.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you:

• Confirm you are at least 18 years old
• Agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Accept responsibility for any import restrictions in your region

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once plants leave our facility, we cannot guarantee:

• Customs delays
• Weather-related shipping delays
• Incorrect delivery due to customer-provided address errors

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery confirmation. To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos
2. Receive authorization from our plant specialists
3. Repackage using original materials (for patented cultivars, follow specific instructions)
4. Ship using the authorized carrier

5.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Acer ginnala
• Anomala petiolaris
• Albizia specimens
• Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of inspection completion:

• Credit Card/PayPal: 3-10 business days
• Bank Transfer: 5-15 business days (international)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including plant names, descriptions, and images are our property or licensed to us. Our patented cultivars (e.g., FIRE DRAGON®) are protected under U.S. plant patent laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

My Verdora shall not be liable for:

• Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery
• Shipping delays beyond our control
• Minor variations in plant appearance from website images
• Consequential damages related to plant purchases

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected plants.

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a valued My Verdora customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information
• Inspect plants promptly upon delivery
• Follow care instructions provided with your order
• Comply with all local regulations regarding plant imports
• Use plants only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
